The location was central, incredible on the river bank. Moreover, it was not far from good pubs, bars and breweries in Newstead, local cafe / restaurants, and the airport via kingsford smith road. I loved staying here, the breakfast was savoury even for vegetarians.

We ate in the relaxing restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced. Magic view of the lake, loved it. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, it also had extremely helpful staff who went above-&-beyond in service.

I stay there regularly with work and found that because I booked this as a family get away that your staff did not recognise this a bit disappointing. However the rooms are lovely and the location next to the River is great. Your staff are fantastic.
Cannot open a window and air con too cold and your mini bar prices are nothing more than a rip off $7.50 for cashews give me a break. Get real guys.

Easy access to the city by boat
When we arrived I felt that this was a mans hotel, from the reception to the decor. We went to the city which was a good walk and this went well, on our return a group of bussiness men blocked the entrance to the hotel and I had to ask them to move so I could enter. The rooms were comfortable. We had a meal but had trouble finding the dining areas as it we had to walk pass the kitchen to find the lady to seat us. All staff were pleasant. A taxi was ordered for us in the morning and the bill was paid. Loved being shown to the room and the porter taking our bags. Thanks.

The location adjacent to the river was the best attribute. Staff very helpful and personable. Location next to the Brekfast Creek a big attribute.
The breakfast buffet could use some work.
